01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and Tekan88 (hereinafter referred to as "Tekan88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Tekan88 website located at https://tekan88.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on Tekan88, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

02Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the Tekan88 platform by a User following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive awarded to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements and time limits.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process required by Tekan88 before a Player may access full withdrawal functionality.
• "Platform" means the Tekan88 website, mobile web application, and all related services accessible via https://tekan88.cam.
• "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the Tekan88 platform and meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a game outcome, sporting event, or any other betting market available on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency in which all transactions on the platform are denominated.

03Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a Tekan88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Tekan88 applies a strict 21+ minimum age requirement in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards for casino and sports betting activities.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or physically located within any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by Tekan88 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of Tekan88 or any of its affiliated entities, service providers, or business partners.
• You are not diagnosed with or currently seeking treatment for a gambling disorder, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion order issued by Tekan88 or any other licensed gambling operator.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

04Account Registration & KYC

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the Tekan88 platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information updated and accurate at all times.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request exceeding RM500, or at Tekan88's discretion at any time, Players will be required to complete the KYC verification process by submitting the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport (clear, unobstructed photo or scan).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document alongside a handwritten note bearing the date and the text "For Tekan88".

KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 business hours of submission. Tekan88 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is unclear, incomplete, or raises concerns regarding authenticity.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Tekan88 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activities:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, and GrabPay are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation. FPX and online banking transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.
• Tekan88 does not impose any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Tekan88 accepts no liability.
• Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are supported and credited following network confirmation. Processing times are subject to prevailing blockchain conditions.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 5–15 minutes during operational hours. Requests submitted outside operational hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered Tekan88 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Tekan88 reserves the right to apply a maximum single withdrawal limit; Players are advised to contact support for current limits applicable to their account tier.
• Tekan88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal that it deems requires further scrutiny, including but not limited to large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Where a Player has received a Bonus, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be fully satisfied before the bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.

06Bonuses & Promotions

Tekan88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Tekan88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to a specified Wagering Requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount or the sum of the deposit plus bonus amount, as stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• The maximum bet permitted whilst completing a wagering requirement is RM25 per round or spin unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during active wagering requirements may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• Tekan88 operates a strict one-bonus-per-household, per-IP-address, and per-device policy. Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Tekan88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided to affected Players via email or on-platform notification.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not satisfied their applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested prior to requirement completion.

07Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the Tekan88 platform across sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and market choices prior to confirmation.
• Tekan88 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's balance.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the event commencement. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to the Wager.
• For in-play (live) betting markets, Tekan88 reserves the right to suspend markets during periods of live action and to void bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the specific accumulator rules displayed on the relevant betting interface. A single voided selection within an accumulator will result in the remaining selections being treated as a reduced accumulator.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by player account tier.
• Tekan88 covers Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and a broad range of international sporting events. Market availability is subject to scheduling and operational constraints.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Tekan88 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without recourse:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own identity or under a false, assumed, or third-party identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, the KYC process, or at any other point of interaction with Tekan88.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other activity that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations.
• Employing automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or pricing anomalies in a systematic or deliberate manner. Any winnings derived from exploitation of such vulnerabilities will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting market prices.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or instructing third parties to deposit funds on your behalf.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographical restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, security mechanism, or infrastructure component of the Tekan88 platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, abuses, or otherwise harms Tekan88 staff, support agents, or other registered Players.

09Intellectual Property

All content available on the Tekan88 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, game mechanics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of Tekan88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By accessing the platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from Tekan88.
• Use the Tekan88 name, logo, or any associated trademark in any commercial context or in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of Tekan88's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law. Tekan88 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tekan88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Tekan88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Tekan88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that:

• The platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times, although Tekan88 maintains a target uptime of 99.9%.
• Any defects or errors in the platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The platform or its servers are free from malicious code, although Tekan88 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption.

In the event that Tekan88 is found liable for any claim arising under these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of Tekan88 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

11Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by Tekan88. Tekan88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct.
• The integrity of the Player's account or the broader platform has been compromised.
• Continued account operation would expose Tekan88 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be held securely and returned to the Player if the investigation concludes in their favour.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting Tekan88 support. Prior to closure, any remaining verified balance will be paid out to the Player's registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period. Please refer to our Responsible Gambling page for full details.

12Responsible Gambling

Tekan88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its duty of care to all registered Players seriously. The following responsible gambling obligations and tools apply to all accounts on the platform:

• Age Restriction: The platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Tekan88 employs robust age verification measures and will close any account found to be held by an individual under the minimum age, with all deposited funds returned to the appropriate source.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts via the Account Settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once a limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the applicable period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration alerts that provide periodic reminders of total time spent on the platform within an active session.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable automatic pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss information at configurable intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may elect to exclude themselves from the platform for a specified period or permanently. During any active self-exclusion, access to the account will be suspended and Tekan88 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from re-registering.

13Amendments to Terms

Tekan88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Tekan88 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players by means of an on-platform notification or email to the address registered on the Player's account.

The date on which these Terms were last revised is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Tekan88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Tekan88 recommends that all Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. A copy of the current Terms is always accessible via the navigation menu of the platform.

14Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Tekan88 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and Tekan88, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being formally raised in writing, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict Tekan88's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of appropriate jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests, including but not limited to prevention of fraud or intellectual property infringement.
